Maximize your time for personal development to help you get more done. Allow yourself more time for breaks. This might sound counterproductive, but breaks allow you to refocus and re-energize, allowing you to return and work more efficiently.

Your path to self-fulfillment will feel easier to navigate. Read up on what they did to apply the lessons in your own quest toward positive personal development.

It may become discouraging to begin developing better personal habits and lifestyles, but once you start noticing your life developing towards a better future, you will never want to stop. You can always develop better ways to do things and it's important to always try hard towards any personal development goals you have.
